After Epic Games added its own payments system to Fortnite, Google Play removed Fortnite from its app store. Fortunately, you can still install Fortnite on any Android phone without Google Play via Epic’s official website. Before installing Fortnite on your device, you need to sideload Fortnite Launcher first. Here's the process:
Use the web browser and surf to Fortnite.com/Android. Then tap the “EPIC GAMES” button to download the Epic Game launcher via Epic’s official website.
When the downloading process is finished, pull down the notification panel and tap the download notification to proceed anyway.
Granting permission to install unknown apps after seeing a warning alert. Tap the “SETTINGS” button and then tap on the slider or option.
Jump back into the Fortnite installer and tap “INSTALL” to continue. Install the Fortnite.
Tap the “INSTALL” button to install the Fortnite. After this step, Fortnite will be installed on your Android device successfully!
