Employer Plan, Medicare or Group Retiree Plan and Community Plan members who need to replace a UCard or ID Card can order a new one through UCard or ID Card Settings.
You can tap "Find Care"on the app home screen. Tap "Find Providers" to narrow down the care options. Now choose a category for how to search. There are three options: Conditions, People and Places. Then tap the one that applies to your needs. You will now see a list of providers that work in that condition. Anyone that shows up in your search is available Tap any provider to see their full profile.
