Neuron becomes the third e-scooter and e-bike provider in Edmonton. Neuron will begin with 600 e-scooters and 200 e-bikes across the city.
You may be in the No Parking Zone. It is marked by the red-colored area on the app's map. Riders will not be able to end their trip within this zone. Please find the parking zone and try again. If it doesn't work, please contact us.
The yellow-colored zone on the app's map is Low Speed Zone. Neuron vehicles will automatically reduce speed in this zone. You can also reduce speed by yourself by pressing the "Toggle Speed" button on the handlebars or switching to the "low speed mode".
