Why is my app not working?
Please make sure you have downloaded the newest version of AOL. When it goes wrong, force stop and restart the app. If it is still not working, delete the app and install it again.
How to reset my password?
Open your app, and tap the Menu icon - Manage Accounts - Account info - Security settings. Then enter your security code and tap Change password. Now you can enter a new password.
